The floor of the enclosure is in clay and in some spaces filled with gravel.

During the day we advise you to bring suitable footwear, comfortable and fresh clothes. At certain times of day the air temperatures can be high.

At night we advise you to come with a jacket because the temperature of the air can be cool.

Our enclosure is outdoor, although there are several shady areas, the route is not covered. We suggest that you come with sunscreen and we advise you to take special care to the children, seniors or other risk groups.

Sand City provides a Sand City Mobile for visitors with reduced mobility. By reduced mobility we mean all the visitor that needs a manual wheelchair to move around.

The parking is free and only operates during Sand City opening hours. All vehicles that remain in the park within 30 minutes after the closure of the enclosure are subject to being towed. The floor is in clay and in some spaces filled with gravel, we suggest you circulate with caution.

Sand City suggests that you do not leave valuables items inside your vehicle while you visit the SAND CITY because we do not guarantee the safety of the car park.

In our Snack Bar we have sandwiches, burgers, pizzas and pastries. We do not provide solutions for people with food restrictions.

The average duration of the visit is about 80 minutes.
