The activities program is free and included in the ticket, we inform you that it may be subject to change.

It is strictly forbidden for visitors to go beyond the safety zone of the sculptures that are properly bounded by ropes.

The sculptures are works of art and any damage caused to them will be imputed directly to the visitor responsible or, in the case of a minor, to the adult in charge of him.

Sand City offers a free parking for all its guests and the opening hours are from 09h30am until 30 minutes after the closing time of the venue. All vehicles that remain in the park within 30 minutes after the closure of the enclosure are subject to being towed. The floor is on clay and filled with gravel, we suggest you circulate with cautious, Sand City is not responsible for any damages.

Our enclosure is improvised and presents some limitations regarding the floor.

We offer people with reduced mobility 20 minutes on our SANDCITY MOBILE so that they can comfortably enjoy the visit.

Whenever the visitor exceeds the time, Sand City reserves the right to charge the time exceeded by the rental table price.

Sand City has 2 vehicles and the allocation is on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to assign Sand City Mobile to persons who show visible signs of reduced mobility, who need to prove by showing a disability card. For temporary reduced mobility people we only offer Sand City Mobile in cases where there is total impossibility of walking. For infants once admission is free, we do not offer Sand City Mobile, but we suggest their rental.

It is allowed to take photos and film the exhibition with cameras, however Sand City only allows the use of the collection of images for private purposes, and any use for other purposes, whether commercial or advertising is strictly prohibited.

It is not allowed to use drones.

Visitors are not allowed to film other visitors who are uncomfortable with image capture. Sand City reserves the right to expel from the park without any refund any visitors who capture images of other visitors who do not authorize.

Sand City reserves the right to expel from the park without refund any visitors with behaviors that compromise the physical integrity, space and comfort of other visitors.

It is strictly forbidden to circulate inside the Sand City enclosure without clothing, bare-chested or with clothing not suitable for a family area.

Sand City is under surveillance of a closed-circuit television, and the images are recorded for the purpose of the visitor’s protection.

No discounts are made without being properly documented through an official Sand City flyer, coupon or discount voucher.

Website discounts are strictly assigned to online ticket purchases.

It is not possible to give the same discount on our physical ticket office of the venue to visitors who for any reason, whether technical or otherwise, have not been able to purchase tickets online.

For the sale of tickets for children or seniors it is necessary to present an identity that proves the age.

By Children we mean the visitors from 6 to 12 years of age and by seniors we mean adults that are older than 65 years old

Sand City is not responsible for any technical problems of our online ticket office. Discounts are only applicable online, and can not be claimed for tickets directly at the box office without flyers, vouchers or coupons. Purchases at our online ticket office can only be canceled 48 hours in advance and tickets that have not been used. Ticket verification is done by checking our tourniquet system.

Tickets for Sand City can be purchased at our ticket office, on our website, on online platforms and at physical Points of Sale.

Only official Sand City tickets are accepted at our ticket office, we are not responsible for tickets issued at other locations that do not have a business relationship with Prosandart, the company that organizes Sand City.

The shuttle service is provided by a company outside Sand City, which is why it is only possible to make reservations through our online ticket office until 6:00 pm the previous day. The routes are available exclusively at our online ticket office. The cancellation of the transport is reserved for the right to a refund only within a period of more than 48 hours before the date for which it was reserved.

The Sand City Store and Bar are for services we make available exclusively to our visitors, and it is not possible to access any of these areas without an entrance ticket to the park.
